We are happy to announce that Sequences VI will be collaborating with the Nordic/Baltic curatorial workshop, Ships at Sea. Their aim is to create a studio for independent curators where unrealized projects will be put to the test in a peer-reviewing process, hoping that good projects may become even better through dialogue and critique with colleagues. When the participating curators escape their hard working dream lab studio, they will take part in Sequences’ last weekend activities. Hosted by the Nordic House in Reykjavik April 11-12, this pilot project is intended to become a regular, itinerant event based on open calls. Ships at Sea – Nordic Baltic Curators’ Caucus is coordinated by Sparwasser HQ, Berlin.
