Movie Material is a visit by a building onto another building. Another building will descend and dress up the the house. It will come in the form of a number of different scenes. The new building will appear as a movie and the movie will become the material of the building.
Andrew Burgess was born in 1977 in Quebec city, Canada. He graduated from the McGill University School of Architecture in Montreal with a Master of Architecture in 2001. He is currently lives and works in Iceland.
In 2006, he was allowed in Iceland to use the Icelandic House of Parliament has a giant canvas for his project called Another Thing. He projected a continuous movie on the entire facade of the building displaying an alternate fantasy architecture for the parliament house.
